    一、利用节假日,将催单“合理化”
    虽然各国的节假日都不尽相同,但利用节假日催单却是全世界的共识。团圆性的节日尤甚。
    国外的诸如感恩节、圣诞节。
    国内的诸如中秋节、春节。
    节假日为你的催单提供了一个非常合理的解释,利用节假日进行催单,客户不仅不会怪你唐突,或许还会认为你考虑更为周到,对你留下更好的印象。那么如何把握好这个契机呢?你需要做好以下两点:
    1、选择正确的时间节点
    考虑到客户所在国家的重要性节日和我国的重要性节日,最好在节日放假开始前一周着手准备发催单邮件。
    一则可以留给客户充足的思考时间;
    二则可以留给工厂充足的人手安排时间。
    2、合理的话术运用
    即使我们的目的是“催单”,也请记得不露痕迹一些。切忌压力式催单,易招致客户反感。
    譬如,今年过年较早,在春节前,你可以这样对客户说:
    Dear XXX:
    Hope everything is going well. Our factory will take a long CNY holiday in XXth JAN 2022.
    Usually our Production circle is XX days, so orders confirmed by XXth can be shipped before our holiday.
    If you have any order arrangement, whether it is now or after the holiday, we hope you can communicate with us as soon as possible. Thanks for your great support always.

    不同类型的客户催单的话术和侧重点不同,要针对客户的实际情况,“专人专封”。
    1、近期下过单的老客户
    可以问问老客户最近有无下单打算,且提前告知假期,希望客户如有需求可提前订货。

    Do you have any new inquiry. As you know, we will have a CNY holiday in XXth JAN 2022, and every year logistics company will finish delivering the cargo about XX days before the holiday.So nearly about XX days we can not deliver the cargo to the port. So we suggest you place your order early.

    可以发邮件问问近况,礼貌询问是何原因不再订购我们的产品了。产品本身/价格/生产周期等,请客户给予我们更多回复。

    5、不确定是否有意向的客户
    可以先巧妙地试探一下,比如,春节期间工厂会停工,物流会停运,工厂订单需要排期等,提醒客户如有订单需求,提前下单会比较好。
